why use Renters Outlet Our ServicesFull Service Property Leasing Fee:
Our full service property leasing fee is equal to the first full months rent paid by tenant
- Meet with owner to determine proper rental fee, and recommend any possible repairs that should be made before advertising and showing the property
- Photography of property
- Advertise and market property online (over 30 websites used)
- Schedule showings and coordinate showings with prospective tenants
- Process prospective tenant application (including complete background check)
- Meet and sign lease with tenants and collect security deposit
- Manage tenant move-in walkthrough inspection
- Fill out detailed move-in checklist, which records condition of property as tenants are moving in. This checklist will be used at tenant move-out, and any damage not noted on move-in checklist will be charged to tenant
Budget-Saver Leasing Fee
Our Budget-saver leasing fee is 50% of first full months rent paid by tenant
Owner will advertise and show the property, and once prospective tenants are found, Renters Outlet will do the following:
- Process prospective tenant application (including complete background check)
- Meet and sign lease with tenants and collect security deposit
- Manage tenant move-in walkthrough inspection
- Fill out detailed move-in checklist, which records condition of property as tenants are moving in. This checklist will be used at tenant move-out, and any damage not noted on move-in checklist will be charged to tenant
Full Service Property Management Fees
Our full service management fee is $99 per month or $85 per month for investors with multiple properties
- Receive rental payment from tenant on the 1st of the month
- Follow-up with tenant if rent is not received by the 3rd of the month
- Pay owners on the 10th of the month (assuming rent received on the 1st)
- Communicate with tenants regarding any maintenance issues required
- With owner approval, schedule any required repairs with approved vendors
- 120 day “after move-in inspection”
- Provide monthly and annual financial statements to owner
- Provide annual Certificate of Rent Paid document to tenants
